The importance of learning in today’s changing world cannot be stressed enough. Everything is constantly moving and evolving, and if we don’t move with it, we become further and further out of touch with what is going on around us.
At the same time, we have to follow our hearts. We all have our own unique paths. Some of us want to transition directly into a job. Some want to learn a skill or trade, and others want a college degree.
The U.S. Department of Education is a valuable resource in preparing and planning for your future, whether your chosen path is college or something else. Their web site contains helpful information for getting a job, skill, or trade, learning about accreditation, choosing a career college or technical school, and planning and paying for college or other postsecondary education.
