Raise Me Up Oregon is provided by the Oregon Department of Human Services. It is a call to action, a campaign dedicated to "safely and equitably reducing the number of children in foster care and improving the lives of the children who remain in our care". The desire is to improve and ultimately prevent the need for foster care.
