Note: If you are still in the custody and care of DHS, you may contact your DHS worker to see if you are eligible for ILP services. If you have already exited the system before the age of 21, you will need to go to your local DHS child welfare office and request "voluntary services". For a list of office locations, click here. If you qualify for ILP services in Marion or Yamhill County, you will be working with Catholic Community Services. They offer assistance in finding and keeping a job, staying in school, cooking, managing money, finding and keeping a place to live, and how to handle emergencies. Another somewhat unique program offered by CCS is “ Center Court Commons”, a transitional housing community for former foster youth aged 18-23. At Center Court Commons, young adults gain experience living independently in a supported environment. For more information, please visit: ccswv.org/Contact information: Lori J.
