Note: If you are still in the custody and care of DHS, you may contact your DHS worker to see if you are eligible for ILP services. If you have already exited the system before the age of 21, you will need to go to your local DHS child welfare office and request "voluntary services". For a list of office locations, click here. Training and Employment Consortium provides career training and ILP services in Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Union, and Wallowa Counties. They are a non-profit organization, offering career training and job placement services to youth between the ages of 14-21. They also provide assistance with support services, such as help with obtaining a high school diploma or GED.
