Note: If you are still in the custody and care of DHS, you may contact your DHS worker to see if you are eligible for ILP services. If you have already exited the system before the age of 21, you will need to go to your local DHS child welfare office and request "voluntary services". For a list of office locations, click here. If you qualify for ILP services in Multnomah County, you may be working with The Inn ILP. They are committed to expanding opportunities and building supportive relationships that encourage youth to take an active role in the community. Their Youth Transition Specialists work with current or former foster youth in preparing them to transition to adulthood. They assist and guide youth in the areas of education, employment, housing, healthcare, life skills, and supportive relationships. For more information, visit the Inn Home web site: www.theinnhome.org/theinnhome.com/ilpm.htmlFor enrollment information, follow this link: www.theinnhome.org/theinnhome.com/ilpmgetenrolled.htmlContact info: Marni Doerfler, MSW Program Director ILP in Multnomah County Powerhouse Mentoring The Inn Home 5605 E.
